Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology, LP is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support on-site equipment at customer facilities. You will apply mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge to diagnose malfunctions and restore operation, interfacing with customers and ensuring safety.

You will assemble components, perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints and specs, and support production and tooling in varied environments.

Qualifications

Reads and understands blueprints, schematics, and measuring devices.
Understanding Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Follows processes and standard procedures.
Hands-on, get it done attitude.
Proficient with hand and power tools; capable of operating small machines (drill press, lathe, mill, surface grinder, saw).
Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding equipment.

Responsibilities

Assemble and disassemble tooling and production equipment.
Start up and shut down equipment following safety and operational requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems using measurements and testing tools.
Repair and replace defective parts to meet specifications.
Ensure safe operation and adherence to PPE and safety practices.
Read and follow blueprints, orders, and procedures.
Move materials and equipment between storage and work areas.
Inspect assembled articles for conformance to standards.
