Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role will involve coordinating aerial inspection activities, reviewing reports, and ensuring timely delivery to field teams and clients.

Responsibilities include scheduling, QA/QC of aerial reports, and collaborating with vendors to develop annual schedules for preventative maintenance. Strong communication and Excel skills are required, with 1–3 years in IT/ERP/CMMS and PV solar

Qualifications

Operational knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
1–3 years of Application Administration in IT or related field.
1–3 years of experience with ERP and CMMS platforms.
1–3 years of PV solar industry experience.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a project team, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize independently.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform activities to ensure smooth operation of Technical Resource team.
Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders for O&M projects.
QA/QC of Aerial IR deliverables and ensure timely delivery to field teams and clients.
Provide feedback by comparing Aerial IR findings with performance data.
Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with vendors.
Collaborate with internal teams and aerial vendors on project deliverables and meetings.
Participate in meetings and document discussions; arrange travel and lodging as needed.
Assist with additional duties as assigned.
