SOLV Energy is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team in a fully remote capacity. This role handles administrative tasks, scheduling, QA/QC of Aerial IR reports, and ensuring timely delivery to field teams and clients.

You will coordinate with aerial vendors, track work orders, and develop annual Aerial IR schedules for Services Operations and Maintenance projects. Strong Excel and English communication are essential, with 1–3 years in ERP/CMMS and PV solar

• Must have strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a project team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities for Technical Resource team operations.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
