Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support aerial inspection activities within the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role involves coordinating work orders, QA/QC of vendor reports, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.

You will partner with vendors and internal teams to optimize drone-based inspections and maintenance planning. The role requires experience with ERP/CMMS software, PV solar industry knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–3 years in Application Administration within IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in ERP and CMMS software platform.
• 1–3 years experience in PV solar industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis and reporting.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner; schedule corrective actions.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and internal tools; provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendor partners.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on project deliverables (construction progress, quality monitoring, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection).
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify and validate drone-based scopes to improve efficiency, performance, and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings and travel arrangements as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
