Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform implementation and configuration.
• Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer for journey orchestration and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP).
• Proficiency in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of data integration patterns and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data schemas in Adobe Experience Platform to support business requirements and use cases.
• Lead data integration initiatives within AEP, ensuring seamless connectivity with various data sources and systems.
• Configure and optimise customer journeys and marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data flows, schemas, and integration processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained throughout the Adobe Experience Cloud implementation.
