Job summary

Sellrbox is hiring an Account Executive for a fully remote role across the Americas. You will pursue high-intent inbound from Amazon sellers, DTC brands, and e-commerce companies seeking management and AI-powered growth tools.

You will refine and scale our repeatable sales motion while expanding current clients and reducing churn. We expect you to be customer-obsessed, think like a scientist, and document learnings to inform product and marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling sales processes.
• Ability to manage high-value accounts and inbound leads.
• Comfortable with experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Work high-intent inbound from Amazon sellers, DTC brands, and e-commerce companies actively looking for management and AI-powered growth tools.
• Build on existing playbooks, validate, iterate, and scale what works.
• Run experiments across messaging, timing, and channels to find repeatability.
• Expand existing clients by identifying accounts for additional services or our Astra AI tools.
• Prevent churn by distinguishing accounts worth saving from natural lifecycle churn.
• Be the voice of the client, feeding learnings back to product, marketing, and success.
• Document everything so learnings become the playbook the team builds on.
