Job summary

VisionSPR in Indiana is seeking an Advocate for our Advocate4Me model to deliver remote, phone-based support to members, addressing complex needs and offering service recommendations. The role requires navigating inbound inquiries, ensuring quality resolution and supporting families.

You will coordinate with care teams, authorize payments or refer cases for review while maintaining calm, clear communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in an Advocate role or customer service in healthcare.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional degrees preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members to identify needs and provide resolutions.
• Provide recommendations to close gaps in care.
• Authorize claims payments or route to investigators as needed.
• Maintain calm, empathetic communication and accurate documentation.
