Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is seeking an Advisor Marketing Specialist to act as the marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams, driving growth through campaigns, events, and content across channels. The role emphasizes collaboration with Advisor Marketing Consultants and cross-functional partners to deliver on team goals remotely.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and strong communication, with travel 2–7 times per year and a starting base salary of $68,000–$80,000 plus

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing or sales enablement experience.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple team relationships and priorities concurrently.
• Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and content development skills.
• Travel 2-7 times per year to support team initiatives and events.
• Empathy and curiosity to stay up to date on marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams, becoming an expert in each team's goals, voice, services, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct proactive campaign planning sessions with advisor teams to uncover needs and align initiatives with team goals.
• Partner with Advisor Marketing Consultants to ensure plans align with regional priorities.
• Support teams in executing marketing goals with event coordination as a major focus.
• Align team plans with corporate marketing offerings using the Advisor Marketing Platform for events, email and social strategies.
• Navigate Salesforce to pull reports, analyze dashboards, and report results and budgets.
