Thrivent is seeking an Advice Integration Consultant to lead the adoption and integration of Purpose-based Advice across Distribution and the Enterprise. You’ll work with field leaders, training teams, and the Advice COE to align content and programs with the Thrivent Financial Planning framework.

This is a remote-friendly role within the US, collaborating with leaders to drive adoption and ensure high-quality financial planning education across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or similar field.
• 5-7+ years of Financial Services experience.
• 2+ years of Operational experience and analysis of industry data.
• Strategic leadership with ability to influence across corporate and field roles.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, advisory models, and insurance products.

• Maintain SME knowledge of market trends and client expectations.
• Upskill teams on the advice framework and processes.
• Gather feedback from field advisory teams and relay to the Advice COE.
• Deliver outcomes by planning for continuous iteration of advice content.
• Coordinate with content teams to bring relevant learning content to touchpoints.
