Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking an Advice Integration Consultant to standardize and promote Purpose-based Advice across the enterprise. You will partner with field leaders and the Advice COE to ensure content is current and adopted, while shaping training and communication strategies to drive consistent messaging.

Ideal candidates have a strong finance background, FINRA licensing, and proven cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7+ years in financial services.
• Experience influencing across corporate and field teams.
• Licensing: FINRA Series 7/65/66 and insurance credentials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SME on the advice framework and process across teams.
• Engage with field advisory teams to gather and relay feedback.
• Deliver outcomes by modeling a learning mindset and updating content.
• Execute adoption plans and align organization to the advised process.
• Coordinate with Content and Capacity & Development COE for relevant content.
