Job summary

Talentoma is seeking an entry-level Advertising Associate to support organized advertising activity from initial requests through performance updates. The role collaborates with the advertising team, marketing colleagues, media partners, and internal requestors in a fully remote, Texas-based position.

It requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and offers a practical introduction to advertising operations, media coordination, and reporting support through desk-based work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience preferred in advertising support or office work.
• Interest in advertising operations, media placements, and performance reporting concepts.
• Familiarity with Asana, Excel, and Google Analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive advertising requests via Asana, email, and team updates and review placements and timing.
• Enter confirmed details into Excel trackers and Asana fields for clear status tracking.
• Check placement details against requests and note missing audience specs or links.
• Organize advertising materials and confirm required files are ready before coordination.
• Communicate routine questions with media partners and internal teams clearly and professionally.
• Monitor task progress and review website traffic using Google Analytics.
• Prepare concise status summaries highlighting completed steps and next actions.
• Follow up on incomplete or delayed information to keep campaigns on track.
• Escalate issues to the advertising team lead as needed for direction.
• Maintain complete notes and orderly tracker entries for context and continuity.
• Meet quality expectations through accurate entries, timely turnaround, and consistent workflows.
