Job summary

GroundTruth is seeking an Associate Ad Operations Manager to support the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns across formats. This remote (US) role focuses on accurate campaign setup, delivery, reconciliation, and proactive troubleshooting within a fast-paced team.

You will track performance, perform QA checks, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client goals. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in digital advertising or 2+ years transferable experience.
• Familiarity with ad-serving platforms, SSPs and DSPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritise.
• Strong communication and client-service skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and willingness to collaborate when needed.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn industry tools and tech.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HTML5 and JavaScript ads.
• Experience troubleshooting ads with debugging tools (e.g., Fiddler, Charles).

Responsibilities

• Traffic and manage campaigns in GroundTruth’s ad-serving platform with accuracy.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across formats and clients.
• Monitor reporting data to ensure pacing and delivery against goals.
• Perform QA checks of campaign setup against insertion orders with high accuracy.
• Troubleshoot campaign/creative issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Manage expectations, communication, and reporting metrics with internal teams.
• Own reporting and month-end reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and maintain Ad Operations team documentation.
• Prioritize multiple tasks independently while supporting the broader team.
• Take ownership, seek feedback, and continuously improve processes.
