Job summary

DemandWorks, a Chicago-based B2B demand generation company, is seeking an Ad Operations Associate to support campaign setup, analysis, and problem solving. You will collaborate with Sales and Client Success Managers to ensure campaigns run smoothly and are completed on schedule.

The role is remote-first, with initial training onsite and opportunities to grow into technical leadership. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years in operations, marketing, data entry/analysis.
• Strong time management and analytical/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up campaigns and analyze campaign details to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure campaigns meet quality standards and communicate with Sales/Operations.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers & Sales to run campaigns smoothly.
• Learn, adapt, and improve processes while seeking help when needed.
• Manage regular tasks with minimal oversight.
