Job summary

Check Point is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to join the Network Security team in the United States. You will perform advanced management, troubleshooting, and administration on Check Point security platforms, while supporting client onboarding and deployments across diverse environments.

The role demands strong TCP/IP networking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a client-facing, on-call oriented position. Hybrid/onsite work expectations may apply.

Qualifications

• Shift: Sat – Wed UTC 4:00 am – 1:00 pm.
• CCSA (Check Point Certified Security Associate)
• 3–6+ years professional experience maintaining a Check Point Next-Gen Firewall environment
• Check Point firewall deployment and configuration experience
• Check Point firewall IPSEC VPN deployment and configuration experience
• Customer service focus with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Strong networking fundamentals and diagnostics across client environments.
• Provide high level remote troubleshooting and problem resolution for multiple networks.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Configure, manage, and upgrade NGFW, IPS, UTM, VPN, and related security appliances.
• Support integration and onboarding activities for smooth client transitions.
• Assist in network and security assessments and project deliverables.
