Job summary

Axiom, a global pioneer in on-demand legal talent, invites an AdTech lawyer to join our remote team. You will draft and negotiate AdTech agreements, guide data-sharing compliance, and resolve data-use concerns across campaigns while partnering with clients to strengthen trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in the AdTech space.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Experience handling complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Active bar license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of AdTech agreements.
• Advise clients on data-sharing compliance across channels.
• Address digital advertising data use concerns and advise on data flows.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
• Represent Axiom to clients and develop client relationships.
• Develop a leadership role in Axiom’s community of over 5,800 lawyers.
