Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or technology transactions.
- Experience negotiating software, platform integrations, or technology partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and security considerations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with third‑party technology and service providers.
- Provide guidance on APIs, SDKs, data flows, and software integrations.
- Advise on GDPR/CCPA compliance and data sharing in AI contexts.
- Assist with IP licensing, software and content usage rights.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to structure integration agreements.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial legal matters with minimal supervision.
