Tailored Management is seeking an Ads Policy Coordinator to support our remotely-based team. You will review creatives and advertiser submissions against policy standards, documenting decisions to protect member experience and advertiser outcomes.

You will collaborate with Ad Sales, Account Management, and legal teams, provide clear guidance, and help streamline policy processes. This contract role offers W-2 eligibility and potential extension beyond February 2027 for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in Content Moderation, policy operations, and trust & safety.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume content across multiple verticals and countries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with legal and sales teams.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with curiosity and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Review creatives and advertiser submissions against policies, document rationale.
• Policy Q&A and advisory: respond to questions via Slack and Ads Suite.
• Operational Strategy & Project Management: improve policy processes and train vendors.
