Job Summary:

We are supporting a high-impact Ads Policy Coordinator opportunity for a fully remote assignment focused on keeping advertising policy operations clear, consistent, and scalable. This position plays a key part in reviewing submissions, answering day-to-day policy questions, and helping cross-functional teams move quickly with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Review creatives and advertiser submissions against policy standards and document clear approve, reject, or modify decisions.
• Respond to policy questions from Ad Sales and Account Management through Slack and the ads suite, providing timely guidance and escalation when needed.
• Coordinate recurring inquiries and operational workflows to help reduce bottlenecks and improve policy alignment across teams.
• Support vendor training schedules and related project activities while collaborating with legal, sales, and operations partners.

Required:

• Must have prior experience working within enterprise-level organizations in Media, Big Tech/Consumer Tech, Streaming, Entertainment, or Audio/Music industries.
• Experience in content moderation, policy/legal operations, or Trust & Safety policy work.
• Knowledge of technology-sector policy issues, including online safety and brand safety.
• Experience managing high volumes of content across multiple verticals and countries, or running multiple complex policy projects from inception through completion.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into simple, clear language.
• Experience collaborating closely with legal and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
