• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or policy operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify policy guidance.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage high-volume inquiries (~10/day).
• Collaborative across legal, sales, and product teams.
• Experience with legal, advertising, or platform compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review creatives and submissions against ad policies with decisions.
• Respond to policy questions from Ad Sales and Account Management.
• Identify workflow improvements to policy enforcement.
• Manage vendor training schedules and policy education initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, product, and global teams.
