Qualifications

• Hands-on development for ADP Workforce Software (WFS)
• Strong SQL data manipulation and querying

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions within the ADP Workforce Software (WFS) platform using its proprietary scripting language (JS-like).
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and HR operations teams to gather technical requirements.
• Design and implement configuration changes, workflows, interfaces, and rules in WFS modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling).
• Write, debug, and maintain efficient and scalable code within WFS.
• Build reports, queries, and database interactions using SQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and integration errors.
• Participate in full SDLC activities from requirements to deployment and support.
• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
