Zusammenfassung

Altis Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Administrator for an immediate, part-time opportunity with an established non-profit organization. Youll help ensure employees receive accurate, timely pay while providing essential coverage during a team member's leave.

Youll work with Finance and HR to process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, with 15–20 hours per week and availability for designated payroll meetings and processing windows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll processes, ideally unionized environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data handling.
• Clear communication and ability to follow established processes.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, verify and transmit biweekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
• Maintain employee records, time entries, vacation accruals and leaves in ADP Workforce Now.
• Reconcile trackers and supporting docs to ensure payroll changes are accurate.
• Prepare payroll journals, remittances, government reporting and audit docs.
• Support benefits and pension enrolment, ROEs and collective agreements updates.
