Job summary

AuraOne seeks an Adolescent Suicide Self Harm Specialist Operations reviewer to evaluate AI outputs against workflows, playbooks, and firm policy. This remote contractor role focuses on grading tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit, with emphasis on policy adherence and risk flags.

You will work asynchronously for at least 10 hours per week, review batches, and document the next steps so the modeling team can train on it.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience in adolescent suicide self-harm operations on real teams.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the policy or workflow applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current adolescent suicide self-harm specialist operations workflows, playbooks, and firm policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
