Flourish Health is hiring an Adolescent Mental Health Therapist - CSED in West Virginia for a full-time remote role. You will deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to youth ages 8-26 with high-acuity conditions, collaborating with psychiatrists and family guides to create comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities include assessments, progress documentation, coordinating with schools and community agencies, and engaging caregivers.

Qualifications

• Expertise in mental health and treatment planning for adolescents and young adults.
• Experience in social work and case management with schools, community agencies, and health plans.
• Experience delivering family therapy and caregiver-focused interventions.
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• State licensure (LICSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in WV or eligibility to obtain licensure within defined timeframe.
• Experience with high-acuity youth populations, including serious emotional disturbances and complex co-occurring conditions.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills, with a commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and youth-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy as part of a Care Pod.
• Conduct assessments and document progress.
• Coordinate services with schools and community agencies.
• Engage caregivers to build skills that support the youth's recovery at home.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, monitor clinical outcomes.
• Adjust interventions to promote rapid, sustainable improvement.
• Provide high-touch, structured care that helps youth remain in their communities and reduces need for residential treatment.
