Job summary

Flourish Health is seeking an independently licensed mental health professional for in-person CSED therapy in West Virginia. You will provide evidence-based, trauma-informed individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in homes and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, flexible, individualized care, and building strong therapeutic relationships with underserved populations. Travel across assigned WV areas is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Active West Virginia clinical license.
• Experience with providing clinical CSED family therapy services.
• Experience with psychotherapy for under-served youth and families with complex needs.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to provide in-person services in homes and community settings across WV.
• Must meet credentialing and Medicaid provider requirements.
• Willingness to adhere to PCSP and crisis protocols.
• Maintain a caseload of 20-32 patients.
• Ability to work 2+ evenings per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized therapy in patients' homes and community settings.
• Use Flourish’s trauma-informed treatment manual tailored to developmental and cultural needs.
• Support youth facing significant emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic goals aligned with CSED Plan of Care.
• Help patients and caregivers develop practical coping skills and emotional regulation.
