Educational Alliance seeks an experienced Adolescent and Family Clinician to provide specialized clinical counseling for youths aged 12-21 and their families within a NYS OASAS-certified outpatient program. The role includes a secondary adult caseload and both in-person and remote sessions.

Using person-centered, trauma-informed approaches, you will complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation while coordinating with medical, mental health, and social service partners.

Formación

• Masters in a mental health field and NY licensure or eligibility.
• CASAC/CASAC-T with relevant BA and 2+ years in substance use with adolescents.
• Experience with adolescents and families in clinical/community settings.
• Familiar with OASAS regulations and EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a primary caseload of adolescents and families with weekly individual and family sessions.
• Coordinate integrated services with medical, mental health, housing, and other providers.
• Prepare progress notes, treatment plans, intake assessments, and discharge plans per OASAS/CARF.
• Engage families and guardians with updates and referrals as required.
• Attend supervision meetings and participate in team collaborations.
