Job summary

Community Care of West Virginia (CCWV) is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist to provide psychosocial assessment and treatment planning for adolescents and adults. You will deliver psychotherapeutic services under clinical supervision and collaborate with the care team to align goals with the patient’s care plan.

The role focuses on meeting emotional and social needs, monitoring progress, and coordinating with families and schools while adhering to federal and state standards.

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program required.
• Must be licensed by the State Board of Social Work.
• C-CATODSW certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients and families in active care planning covering behavioral, clinical, social, and environmental needs.
• Apply social work theory and professional ethics in practice.
• Conduct clinical or psychotherapeutic services under supervision.
