Charlie Health is hiring exceptional mental health professionals to deliver remote, telehealth group therapy to adolescent and young adult clients. You’ll facilitate groups across modalities, collaborate with a care team, and maintain documentation.

A Master’s degree in mental health and experience with youth are required; this is a part-time, 1099 role with evening and weekend hours. Candidates must be proficient with telehealth platforms, maintain reliable internet, and be comfortable working

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Proficient in multiple therapy modalities
• Ability to conduct group treatment
• Reliable internet and tech setup
• Part-time 1099 availability

Aufgaben

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date
• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor monthly for check-in
• Respond to email/Slack within 48 hours
• Review curriculum before group start time
• Facilitate groups for the full hour
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and curriculum
• Collaborate with care team and supervisors
• Maintain documentation within 24 hours
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned
