Urban School is seeking an Admissions Zoom Interviewer or Video Interview Reviewer to support the Admissions Team in California. This remote, part-time position conducts live conversational Zoom interviews and asynchronous video evaluations, writes objective summaries, and sends personalized postcards for each applicant.

Remote, part-time, temporary work with careful timekeeping and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy with video conferencing tools (Zoom).
• Urban alumni or involvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live Zoom interviews with prospective students, engaging and gathering information.
• Evaluate asynchronous video submissions at the benchmark pace and draft objective write-ups/postcards.
• Prepare detailed summaries within the stated timeframes and maintain confidentiality.
• Track and log time spent on interviews, video reviews, and write-ups in the timekeeping system.
