Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Executive Admissions Representative for our cross-state enrollment team. This 100% remote role requires the ability to work 10a-7pm PST and involves direct prospect interactions by phone or in person as needed.

The ideal candidate has admissions experience, preferably in nursing, healthcare, or higher education, and excels at recruitment, enrollment steps, and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Admissions experience, preferably in nursing, healthcare, or higher education.
• Experience with student recruitment and enrollment processes.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly interact with prospects/students by phone or in person to provide information about programs.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
• Follow up on inquiries and no-show interviews to maximize enrollment potential.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to students on program options and eligibility.
• Complete daily activity reports and ensure pre-start paperwork is accurate.
