Job summary

Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD) is seeking an Admissions Representative to engage and guide prospective students through the enrollment process. You will manage a prospective student database, conduct admissions meetings, and drive outreach with a strong focus on relationship building and timely follow-up.

The role requires excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with campus departments to meet daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years' experience in student facing roles related to admissions, recruitment, higher education or sales.
• Track record of exceeding individual and team goals.
• Self-motivated, adaptive, resilient, and embody integrity, always willing to do the right thing.
• Dynamic and innovative personality with strong desire to connect with people.
• Possess strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excel at face-to-face and phone communication in both “one-on-one” and large group environments.

Responsibilities

• Management of prospective student database to meet and exceed daily & weekly goals along with achieving student matriculation outcomes.
• High volume daily outreach to prospective inquiries should result in rapport and relationship building, setting appointments, conducting admissions meetings and helping students apply to and matriculate to the college.
• Consistent follow-up with applicants to complete enrollment steps and address any concerns or needs.
• Behaves as a RMCAD ambassador and embraces our unique educational model, while maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, customer service, and compliance.
• Continually seeks out knowledge to improve product awareness and provide a superior level of service.
• Utilizes available RMCAD tools and resources to enhance the prospective student and community experience.
• Participation in recruiting events and activities as assigned by the Admissions Enrollment Manager.
• Procurement of student referrals through strong relationship building.
