You will collaborate across campus, manage CRM communications, and help applicants navigate financial aid while supporting a seamless transition for admitted students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Self-directed and able to work with students, faculty and staff as part of a team.
• Experience in higher education or sales is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
• Curious, student-focused and able to balance big-picture thinking with details.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment travel to college fairs, high school visits and events regionally.
• Assist prospective students with enrollment, financial aid and orientation.
• Cultivate relationships with students, parents, counselors and partners.
• Support on-campus and off-campus recruitment events including open houses and tours.
• Engage outreach efforts using multiple communications to support enrollment.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of communications and interactions.
