Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is seeking an Admissions Counselor II to recruit Dallas area students. The role advises prospective undergraduates on admissions requirements, transferability of courses, and coordinates school visits and events to raise TAMU-Corpus Christi visibility.

This is a remote position; however, the incumbent must reside within the Dallas region to effectively support recruitment activities, maintain relationships with local schools, and represent the university at

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of related experience; substitution permitted.
• Ability to travel and work irregular hours including weekends.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, customer service, and written/verbal communication.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite; basic PC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise Dallas area students on admissions requirements and enrollment.
• Build relationships with Dallas high schools, counselors, and community groups.
• Visit Dallas schools to host admissions events and attend college fairs.
• Recruit undergraduates during TACRAO season in Dallas and across Texas.
• Develop and implement recruitment programs to attract prospective students.
• Travel to campus for preview events and trainings.
• Reconcile monthly travel statements and billings.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to meet enrollment objectives.
