Job summary

Ogle School Management LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking an Admissions Appointment Setter to engage prospective students who showed interest in our programs and services. This remote, entry-level role focuses on setting appointments between students and Admissions Representatives and helping guide applicants through the process.

You will handle outbound calls, respond to chats and emails, and learn our admissions tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year customer service, administrative, or office experience.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work with a team and be a team player.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and to be a self-starter.
HS diploma or GED.
Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Integrates Ogle School’s Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Teamwork and Excellence in all interactions.
Completes compliance training to develop admissions knowledge.
Solid understanding of Anthology and all applicable admissions resources and tools.
Perform outbound and receive inbound phone calls to set appointments.
Answer incoming internet chats.
Communicate via email and or text to engage with potential students.
Be knowledgeable of Ogle Schools programs and services.
Support company growth and budgetary guidelines through participation in meetings and events.
