Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read crash reports to verify required information is listed.
• Enter data into the DRIVES system or reject reports with errors.
• Review completed reports for quality assurance and correct data entry errors.
• Provide administrative support for analysis of customer records.
• Review documents from subrogation companies or law offices and add suspensions when appropriate.
• Review clearance documents for accuracy and process reinstatement of driving privileges.
