Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking qualified nationally Certified Pharmacy Technicians to serve as Adherence Care Navigators in a remote, high-volume outbound call center. This contract role involves 80-100 structured outbound calls daily to Medicare members, pharmacies, and providers.

You will help identify adherence barriers and document interactions in real time using multiple systems. Strong verbal communication, listening, empathy and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CPhT certification and national certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of pharmacy or patient interaction experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google.
• 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and outbound calls.
• Medicare/managed care experience preferred.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bilingual a plus: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese; English required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 80-100 outbound calls per shift to Medicare members, pharmacies and providers.
• Identify and resolve medication adherence barriers for patients with chronic conditions.
• Document all interactions in real time across multiple systems; follow call guides.
