Advantage Solutions is seeking an ADA Accommodations Coordinator to manage intake, documentation, and case progression for ADA/ PWFA accommodations. You will coordinate with HRBPs, leaders, and The Hartford to ensure compliant processing of requests and maintain accurate records.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize compliance risk while supporting an equitable teammate experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADA, PWFA, and leave accommodation processes.
• Experience with case management and handling sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ADA team inboxes and case tracking systems with logs and documentation.
• Coordinate interactive process for ADA accommodation and leave requests.
• Liaise between employees, HRBPs, The Hartford, and Benefits teams.
• Support medical documentation management and third-party submissions.
• Monitor high-risk or sensitive ADA matters and escalate as needed.
• Pull weekly/monthly case reports and assist audit requests.
• Prepare and maintain training materials and procedures on ADA compliance.
