Job summary

The Mom Project is partnering with a leading baby registry, e-commerce, and content platform seeking a contract Ad Operations Specialist — Off-Platform & Paid Distribution to join their team. This 100% remote role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and focuses on executing paid distribution programs across external platforms and media partners.

You’ll collaborate with the Partnerships Team and cross-functionally with Design, Growth Marketing, Content/Editorial, and Finance.

Qualifications

3–5 years of ad operations or paid media experience.
Experience with external platforms, publishers, or distribution partners.
Comfort with campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Execute paid distribution programs across external platforms, publishers, networks, and media partners.
Manage campaign setup, trafficking, launch, monitoring, and optimization for off-platform channels.
Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues, providing timely solutions when campaigns under- or over-deliver.
Aggregate data from multiple platforms to create campaign insights and reporting.
Own monthly reporting and benchmark updates for distribution channels.
