You are excited about rolling up your sleeves to directly manage campaigns and dig into the data behind them. Ultimate success in this role is running high-performing campaigns, efficiently managing tasks, and pulling accurate and detailed reporting. You will collaborate primarily with the Partnerships Team, while working cross-functionally with Design, Growth Marketing, Content/Editorial, and Finance/Accounting. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations.Who You Are35 years of experience in ad operations and inventory management, with a track record of supporting revenue growth.Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple channels, deadlines, and stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with experience in ad ops and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, GA, Excel, Sigma, Looker, Indicative).This individual will own campaign execution from setup through reporting, ensuring successful delivery, optimization, pacing, and revenue generation. The person will partner closely with Partnerships, Media Strategy, CRM, Brand, Affiliate, Editorial, and Finance teams to support sponsored advertising products and expand Babylist's monetization offerings.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
