Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage direct media campaigns and oversee the Boostr CRM. You will collaborate with Partnerships, Design, Growth Marketing, Content/Editorial, and Finance to drive high-performing campaigns and detailed reporting.

This is a contract, fully remote role, open to candidates who can support EST hours occasionally. The position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in ad operations and inventory management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple channels, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ad ops and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, GA, Excel, Sigma, Looker, Indicative).

Responsibilities

• Manage direct media campaigns across advertising products.
• Oversee the Boostr CRM system.
• Produce accurate and detailed reporting.
