Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to drive efficiency gains.
• Comfort with data and light scripting; SQL required; Python strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ad technologies, campaign operations, and measurement solutions.
• Experience partnering with Engineering/Product on escalations or integrations.
• Proven track record working directly with clients.
• Strong analytical ability to query data and derive insights.
• Familiarity with KPIs like viewability, brand safety, yield analysis.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring ad campaigns are implemented and launched on time and to specification.
• Providing hands-on technical support to key customers and Ad Sales partners.
• Partnering with Account Managers and technical teams to optimize campaign outcomes.
• Synthesizing campaign performance insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Building and scaling automations and tooling that reduce manual effort.
• Serving as the operational engine for multiple revenue-driving functions.
