Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years’ experience in digital ad operations and programmatic advertising.
• 5 years’ experience in a management role.
• Proven success managing multiple digital advertising clients.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SEM.
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Advertising team to hit KPIs.
• Hire, terminate, and train Digital Advertising staff.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones for feedback and growth.
• Escalation point for high-profile clients.
• Oversee monthly budget management.
• Maintain KPI reports for senior management.
• Ensure accurate monthly billing with the billing team.
• Hold Supervisors accountable for team KPIs.
• Support OEM digital advertising programs.
• Mentor consultants to maximize retention.
• Identify at-risk clients and mitigate churn.
• Design process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate to improve support for consultants.
• Work cross-functionally with website, sales and SEO teams.
