Job summary

Fetch is hiring a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to lead the engineering behind audience modeling and activation products. You will partner with Data Science, Product, and Data Platform to mature prototypes into reliable, scalable offerings activated by advertising partners.

This is a full-time role that can be based in US offices or fully remote within the United States. You will own the audience lifecycle, productionizing models, ensuring data governance, and driving architectural decisions

Qualifications

• Deep experience building data-intensive, production-grade services.
• Strong background in API design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Led complex engineering initiatives from design to production adoption.
• Experience operationalizing ML/predictive systems and monitoring.
• Ability to align teams around architecture and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build audience lifecycle services and workflows for seed audiences, identity data, scoring, and delivery to partners and DSPs.
• Bring predictive and lookalike models into production with repeatable training, evaluation, deployment, and batch-scoring workflows.
• Ensure reliable activation through identity mappings and partner delivery requirements.
• Incorporate monitoring, quality checks, retries, and access controls for data-use restrictions.
• Provide technical leadership across the domain and guide engineers on architecture and delivery.
