Job summary

GroundTruth is looking for an Associate Ad Operations Manager to join a remote-first team in the US. You will support the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, delivery against client goals, and smooth launches through reconciliation.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in digital advertising (or 2+ years transferable experience), familiarity with ad-serving platforms, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of digital advertising experience or 2+ years of transferable experience in digital advertising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Strong communication and client-service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Traffic and manage advertising campaigns in GT’s proprietary ad-serving platform, ensuring accurate and timely campaign setup and execution.
• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously, proactively identifying opportunities or issues that may impact delivery.
• Monitor 1st- and 3rd-party reporting data to ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering against goals.
• Perform quality assurance checks of campaign setup against client insertion orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot campaign and creative issues, using available resources and tools to drive timely resolution.
• Manage expectations, communication, and reporting metrics with internal team members.
• Own reporting and month-end reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and maintain documentation pertinent to the Ad Operations team.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating with and supporting the broader team as needed.
• Take ownership of your work, seek feedback, and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and performance.
