Job summary

Responsibilities

Work in the field to develop Sales Account Managers and customers to drive loyalty and growth.
Develop regional strategy and objections to achieve revenue, market share and profitability goals.
Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team and align with company vision.
Develop and maintain executive-level Key Opinion Leader relationships.
Manage customer and employee issues effectively.
Provide market feedback to management on competition and programs.
Collaborate with counterparts and other functions to hit targets.
Hire, train, and oversee territory planning, quotas, forecasting and budgeting.
