Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years’ experience required.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence with a good driving record.
• Preferred: 5+ years’ experience in sales.
• Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in medical devices/disposables/capital equipment.
• Preferred: previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Sales Account Managers and customers to drive loyalty and growth.
• Develop strategy to achieve regional revenue, share, and profitability.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team; reinforce vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain executive-level KOL relationships.
• Manage customer and employee issues effectively.
• Provide market and competitive feedback to management.
• Collaborate with peers and other functions to meet goals.
• Hiring, training, performance management, territory and quota planning, forecasting and budgeting.
