Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Acute Care Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales activities within a defined geographic region for the Acute Care business unit. You will drive revenue growth, manage the regional sales team, develop strategies, monitor performance, and build client relationships with healthcare providers.

This role collaborates with service teams, supports sales efforts, and requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience, including leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 5 years’ experience in sales (required).
• Valid driver license in the state of residence with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field to develop Sales Account Managers and customers to create loyalty, accelerate growth, and maximize opportunities.
• Develop strategy and objections to achieve financial plan for the Region by revenue growth, share and profitability.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team and reinforce company vision, mission, strategy and position.
• Develops and maintains Key Opinion Leader relationships at Executive level.
• Manage all customer and employee issues effectively.
• Provide feedback and input to management regarding market, competition, programs and field.
• Work effectively with counterparts and other functions to achieve goals.
• Hiring, training, performance management, territory and quota assignment, forecasting and budgeting are all common job duties.
