Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Acute Care Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Region. This role oversees field sales activities across San Jose, Reno, and San Francisco, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market share in Acute Care.

You will lead and coach a direct sales team, build relationships with key customers and executives, and collaborate with service teams to support sales efforts. This full-time position requires travel and a commitment to exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years’ experience required.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field to drive sales growth and develop Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Develop strategy to achieve the regional financial plan by revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team aligned with company vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leader relationships at Executive level.
• Forecasting, budgeting, territory planning, and quota management are part of the role.
