Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Actuary, Pricing to develop and execute pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products. You will establish pricing assumptions, prepare bids, support regulatory rate filings, and help implement rates, plans and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; FSA/ASA plus relevant advanced degree or other professional designation.
• MAAA certification preferred or pursued.
• Proven ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speaking.
• Experience in pricing, modeling, rate filing, reporting/analysis, reserving or trending across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products.
• Establish pricing assumptions and prepare/submit bids.
• Support regulatory rate filings and certifications; implement rates, plans, and benefits.
• Advise Product Development on cost impact of new products and benefits.
