Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Actuary, Pricing to develop and execute pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products. You will establish pricing assumptions, prepare bids, and support rate filings and certifications.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong analytical judgment. You will report to the Director, Actuarial Pricing and influence pricing actions, forecasts, and market-driven insights across the Humana enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FSA or ASA with relevant advanced degree or equivalent.
• MAAA certification required.
• Experience in more than two functions (e.g., modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending).

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products.
• Prepare bids and support rate filings and regulatory certifications.
• Advise Product Development on cost impact of new products and benefits.
• Monitor market and provide actionable pricing insights.
