Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• FSA or ASA with relevant advanced degree and/or other professional designations.
• MAAA.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and oral forms.
• Experience in more than two functions (e.g., modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products.
• Prepare and submit bids; support regulatory rate filings and certifications.
• Advise Product Development on cost impacts of new products and benefits.
• Develop and maintain pricing tools for standard and customized offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address pricing and profitability goals.
• Monitor competitive landscape and provide actionable insights.
